You will easily find out who is in or out from background color. If it is yellow, he/she is out. Click the name to change the status, then it becomes yellow automatically. 4. You will see the "Message for You" icon if there are any messages for you. 5. Click this icon if you want to write a message. You can send the message to your group members, who is in or out as well as to one person. 6. You can view or update 4-week-schedule. 7. You will see the updated time and date.
